I noticed that the pictures on your home page change quite frequently. How can I submit one of mine?
Email your pictures to: jennifer@fnbn.net
As your hometown community bank we are especially interested in pictures of local interest, activities, seasonal changes, weather, etc. Due to privacy concerns we will generally not post pictures of people. If you don't see your picture right away, please know that it may appear in upcoming months. Any pictures sent to us will be assumed as public property. We look forward to viewing the community through your eyes and sharing it with all our customers.

How do I pay a bill online?
Log on to www.fnbns.com. Click on Netteller icon. From the yellow toolbar choose "Bill Payment". If it is a monthly payment that you may make again and would like the info kept as a personal setting, choose "Payees" from the blue toolbar. Click on "Add Payee" box. Fill in boxes as provided with the phone # being the company's customer service number. Click on "Submit". A number of payees can be added all at once or over time.
To make the payment, click "Add Payment" or "Quick Payment" (which can be the first step if you don't want the payee info saved) also on the blue toolbar. Fill in boxes as provided and click "Submit".
To see the status of what you have accomplished choose "History" from the blue toolbar. You can view, edit and delete what you have keyed in at this point or leave as is for processing. Bills are paid 2 times per day. Items before noon are collected in one batch and mailed same day and the after noon requests are collected in another batch and mailed the following day.

Can I use the internet banking without using and/or paying for the bill pay service?
Yes. Please feel free to check your accounts at your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days at week. With the bill pay free for the first two months you are signed on, it is worth trying it out even if you are sure you will never use it.

Do I have to use the 12 digit ID all the time?
You only need that number the first time you sign-in. Once you've entered into the netteller program choose "options" from the yellow toolbar. The following screen will guide you through changing your personal settings of ID, password, and e-mail address.
For security purposes it is recommended that ID's and passwords not be personal (SSN, DOB, anniversary, etc.) or written down. Should you forget what you have changed your password to we can reset the program for you.
